Sealine Pilk – Powerful rods for sea fishing in the North Sea, Baltic Sea and Norway.
The four-piece models in the Sealine Pilk series impress with their compact transport dimensions of only 65 cm in length, so they easily fit into any travel bag. Slim, lightweight but powerful blanks made of HMC+ carbon fibre are in no way inferior to two-piece rods in terms of performance and reliability.
With a length of 2.40 m and a casting weight of up to 200 g or 300 g, these rods are versatile – whether for jigging, fishing with rubber lures or even fishing for smaller halibut.
With the Sealine Pilk rods, DAIWA presents a modern series of high-performance rods for sea fishing, which have been specially designed for use in the North Sea and Baltic Sea and for demanding fishing in Norway. The combination of high-modulus carbon blanks and special X-weave on the handle ensures strength, perfect balance and excellent manoeuvrability – even in demanding and heavy use. The ergonomically shaped front handle made of EVA material offers maximum control when fighting strong predators, while the rear handle made of heat-shrink tubing with a non-slip surface ensures durability, a perfect grip and easy cleaning. Thanks to the sensitive action of the tip, lures can be easily animated and the risk of losing fish during the fight is reduced.
Seaguide saltwater-resistant guides with zirconium inserts easily withstand the extreme stresses of sea fishing. They are suitable for use with classic reels and multipliers and guarantee reliable functionality. This series is also equipped with sturdy and reliable DPS reel seats.
