Description

The Pro Staff Jerk & Swim Baitcast rods were developed in close cooperation with DAIWA pike consultant Nils Gabsa and are specially designed for the demanding conditions of modern big bait fishing. During an intensive testing phase, these rods proved their capabilities with impressive catches and outstanding performance on the water. The 2.30 m model with a casting weight of up to 165 g excels when steadily retrieving huge XXL swimbaits while providing exceptional lure control when fishing with large jerkbaits and heavy soft lures.

The more compact 120 g version has already established itself as an excellent all-rounder for big jerkbaits and swimbaits – ideal for both bank and boat fishing.

The premium HVF Nanoplus carbon blank combined with DAIWA's unique X45 construction provides exceptional strength, direct responsiveness, and reliable power reserves while reducing blank twisting. The premium EVA handle features an innovative spiral design, offering perfect grip and long-lasting comfort even during continuous casting of large lures or when fishing in wet conditions. The exclusive Air Sensor baitcast reel seat ensures outstanding ergonomic comfort while securely holding large baitcast reels in place.
