Description
Falcon sunglasses are designed for anglers who enjoy fishing both in urban environments and in nature. Thanks to their classic design and Honeywell-patterned rubber inserts on the inside of the temples, they provide a secure and comfortable fit wherever you go.
As an open-frame model, every detail has been carefully considered. The lenses feature multiple protective layers, including a saltwater-resistant coating that helps prevent corrosion and extends durability. An anti-reflective coating on the inner side of the lenses reduces glare when the light source is behind you. The frames are made from lightweight and durable TR90 material.
Copper Lens
Copper lenses help enhance contrast and improve depth perception, making it easier to spot fish against blue backgrounds. They also provide excellent visual clarity, reduce eye strain, and perform particularly well during the early morning and late evening hours when locating fish can be more challenging.
Polarized Polyamide Lenses
PA (polyamide) lenses are manufactured using a precision injection-molding process, resulting in outstanding optical performance and exceptional clarity compared to polycarbonate and other plastic lenses. They are highly scratch-resistant, extremely lightweight, BPA-free, and offer 99% polarization efficiency.
Mirror Coating
The mirror coating is primarily cosmetic and does not affect visibility through the lenses. The lens color is only visible when viewed from the outside. This highly reflective finish also helps conceal your eyes from others.
Scratch-Resistant Coating
While no lens is completely scratch-proof, Leech lenses are treated with a durable hard coating on both the front and back surfaces, significantly improving resistance to scratches and everyday wear.
Anti-Reflective Coating
Also known as an AR coating, this treatment improves visual comfort and clarity. Applied to the inner side of the lens, it reduces distracting reflections when sunlight or other light sources are behind you.
UV400 Protection
This treatment provides complete protection against harmful ultraviolet radiation, blocking 100% of UVA, UVB, and UVC rays.
Saltwater-Resistant Coating
Specifically developed for use in marine environments, this coating protects the lenses from saltwater exposure, which can otherwise lead to corrosion and peeling. Tested in laboratory conditions, it also provides hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, helping repel water, oil, and dirt. This additional protection is particularly beneficial for long and frequent fishing trips in saltwater environments.
