Description

Wilderness Hucho rods were specially developed for targeting the largest salmonids inhabiting European waters and are perfectly tailored to the demands of fishing for these target species. Extra-large Seaguide guides minimize ring icing in freezing temperatures, ensuring reliable casting performance with wobblers, spoons, and soft lures even in harsh winter conditions. The powerful HMC+ carbon blank combines a fast tip action with exceptional sensitivity and immense power reserves in the backbone. This allows you to maintain full control even over true trophy fish. At the same time, the well-balanced action provides sufficient cushioning against powerful surges throughout the fight, minimizing the risk of hook-outs. Even the most subtle bites are transmitted directly through the highly sensitive blank to the hand. These rods feature a premium Fuji DPS reel seat and come in a high-quality cloth bag.

The Wilderness series was specially developed for salmonid fishing in both freshwater and coastal areas. Ideally suited for species such as sea trout, brown trout, rainbow trout, Arctic char, whitefish, and huchen, these rods combine exceptional versatility with outstanding precision. The lightweight HMC+ carbon blank ensures excellent casting properties, great lure control, and perfectly balanced handling. Equipped with top-class components, including a Fuji Skeleton reel seat, lightweight Seaguide XO guides, and an elegant split EVA/cork handle, the Wilderness series offers exceptional performance and value in its class.
