Description
The 27 Silver Creek MQ LT reel combines exceptional winding power with outstanding sensitivity, making it the ideal choice for finesse trout fishing.
The Airdrive Design concept ensures excellent balance and precise lure control, especially when fishing with lightweight lures. The highly rigid Airdrive Rotor starts rotating with minimal initial resistance, providing exceptional sensitivity and outstanding feedback during lure retrieval. The Zaion V body securely houses the gears without torsional forces, ensuring consistent and smooth operation even during prolonged use. The MQ body construction features an oversized drive gear that delivers excellent winding power and extended durability under load. The screw-in handle connects directly to the internal drive gear, ensuring a play-free construction for maximum power transmission and increased sensitivity. The Airdrive Bail effectively prevents the line from tangling around the bail arm during casting and retrieval, ensuring excellent line management, especially when fishing with lightweight lures in crosswinds or with slack line.
The ultra-lightweight, shallow Airdrive Spool features a specially designed lip that reduces friction and increases casting distance. In addition, the reel's centre of gravity is shifted towards the lower rear section, noticeably improving balance and sensitivity when fishing with lightweight rods. The ATD Type-L drag ensures immediate and smooth line release with reduced initial resistance, making it ideal for use with thin lines.
