The Same strategy as the day before only fish were smaller - 53 cm, 53 cm and 55 cm. One fish of the same size fell off. It was an unforgettable experience!

The early evening that I never forget! Big river with extreme stream and depth about 10 meters. With 10g jig head and nymph I finally hit the bottom where I caught two beautiful trouts - 60 cm, 61 cm and one from the same category fell off. It was necessary to cast against the stream as far as possible and when the lure was at the same level as me it hit the bottom. Few hits and strike! During the super fight I almost weep with joy. Interesting is that in the depth and darkness, the brown nymph performed the best. Alike with zanders.

This year I caught all my pikes on salmon tackle. This one was 103 cm long. Broken landing net and opened cheburashka maked fight little bit dramatic. After the drama i finally landed the fish and shouted with joy! Thank you St. Peter.

Fry time - small lures rock!

Perch and zander were my goal for that day. I caught only few small zanders so I decided to catch a pike. Nothing happened so I took back my softer rod a tried zander again. First cast and I got a pike. 90 cm long beauty. It’s fry time and fish prefer smaller lures.
